Generate a new ear

One unit at a time. Mint → print label → provision the card.

Provision the SD card

This unit:

Print the label above and put it in the box.
Download catbird-provision.json and copy it to the flashed card's boot partition (root of the FAT bootfs volume). Keep the filename exactly catbird-provision.json — firstboot ignores any other name.
Confirm the ear_id above matches the label and the file before sealing.
Finish this unit (copy the file, then delete it from Downloads) before generating the next — the download name is the same each time, so two at once can be swapped.

The provisioning file contains the ear secret in plaintext. Delete it from Downloads after copying it to the card. Single-use — regenerate if a copy fails.
